Piemonte Albarossa DOC

Grape variety: Albarossa
Refinement: in steel tanks
Aging: minimum two years up to 25 years
Color: very intense purple red with
purple shades.
Perfume: fruity sensations (blackberry, strawberry, plum).
A delicate note of tobacco leaf and spices emerges.
Taste: sustained, warm, ethereal structured and harmonious.
Gastronomic pairing
Exceptional with risotto, pappardelle, very good meats
structured like bacon, veal stew.
The pairing with desserts is interesting

 

La Notte Piemonte DOC Rosso

Grape variety: Barbera, Dolcetto, Albarossa

Refinement: in steel tanks

Aging: excellent for up to 3-6 years

Deep ruby ​​red color tending towards purple.

Rich, broad scent with a thousand nuances.

Soft, warm taste, long in the mouth, with tannins

present but not intrusive

Gastronomic pairing

Suitable for the main traditional Piedmontese dishes

but pleasantly combined with international specialities.
